Creative Director Lindsey Marks has been in the performance industry for more than a decade, as a performer, variety casting director, entertainment producer and choreographer. Her work reflects her eclectic background beginning with extensive dance training, a BFA in acting and an attraction to the w. Lady Jack Entertainment has a bend towards neo-vintage styles (think victorian era, 20s flappers, and weimar cabaret with a contemporary flair) but taps into the wild and the avant-garde as well as contemporary styles of movement and expression. As a solo artist Lindsey has performed as a burlesque entertainer, a performance artist and has appeared internationally for events such as the Milan Burlesque Award and with groups such as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. With the combination of her unique background as a movement artist and actor, she has found herself writing for physical and speaky talky theatre…creating work that is at times whimsical, often comedy, and sometimes darkly satirical. Her breadth of experience brings a breath of authenticity to all work whether it be for a crowd of theatre goers, club revelers or a corporate event.
